How to request self-exclusion
To activate self-exclusion, you must contact Customer Support via live chat or email [email protected] from your registered email address.
Self-exclusion activation process:
Upon receipt of your request, you will be placed into a 24-hour cooling-off period, during which betting will be restricted.
After the cooling off period ends, you will be asked to confirm your preferred self-exclusion period. If you do not confirm or extend the exclusion within 24 hours of receiving this notification, your account restrictions may be lifted.
Marketing communications: Self-excluded users are removed from promotional communications where reasonably practicable.
Additional safeguards: Independent blocking tools such as BetBlocker or Gamban may also be used to restrict access.
