Therefore, you should play responsibly, and not risk money that you can't afford to lose. Gaming can also be addictive and make you lose perspective of time and money. We want all your gaming experiences to be as positive as possible, even if you lose. Therefore, we work hard to help you control your own gaming.

- Have you ever lied, borrowed or stolen to maintain betting habits?
- Are you reluctant to spend gambling money on anything else?
- Have you lost interest in your family, friends or hobbies?
- After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
- Have you felt you might have a problem with gambling?
If a majority of the answers are 'yes', it may be a sign of a gambling problem. You should:
- Only gambe as a form of leisure
- Avoid chasing losses
- Only gamble within your means
- Always keep track of the time and amount of money spent
DO YOU NEED TO COOL OFF?
We offer you the option of deactivating your account for a specified time period (self-exclusion). The deactivation is effective immediately and is not reversible. Your account will be deactivated for the selected time period regardless of whether you change your mind during the time the account is deactivated. Please send an email to our customer support team stating your preferred self-exclusion period and your personal details.
Are you worried about your children?
If you, as an adult, share your computer with under-aged persons, you should make sure you prevent access to usernames, passwords, and banking-details.
There is also software you can use for this purpose. Two examples are: NetNanny and Cyber Patrol.
Marketing
Marketing and advertising, marketing material and communication is not targeted to high-risk, underage or self-excluded persons. At minimum, materials and communications shall not:
- Be indecent, pornographic or offensive
- False, deceptive or misleading
- Intended to appeal specifically to persons under the minimum permitter age
- In bread of copyright laws
- Tarnish the image of the Tobique First Nation
Training
All customer facing staff are trained to an appropriate level to ensure awareness and understanding of problem gaming issues. This training is conducted annually with the staff participation recorded.

This Self-Exclusion Policy is designed to support users who wish to take a break or stop gaming due to personal reasons, including the management of compulsive gambling behaviours. This policy applies to all registered users of MonkeyTilt.
Understanding Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary process whereby a user opts to have their access to our gaming services suspended for a specified period. The objective of self-exclusion is to provide a tool for individuals who wish to control their gaming behaviour, offering a period of reflection and a break from gambling activities.
DURATION
Minimum Period: The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.
Maximum Period: The maximum period is indefinitely.

Duration Selection: At such time you ask us to self-exclude, you will need to be exclude yourself for a minimum of 6 months and have a right to permanently ban yourself.

EFFECTS OF SELF-EXCLUSION
Account Accessibility: During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in for gaming purposes.
Financial Transactions: All pending wagers will be settled, and funds will be returned to your account. Withdrawal of any remaining balance can be requested.
Marketing Communications: You will not receive any promotional or marketing materials from us during the self-exclusion period.
END OF SELF-EXCLUSION
Reactivation: Your account will not automatically reactivate at the end of the self-exclusion period. You must contact customer support at [email protected] to initiate the reactivation process.
Cooling-Off Period: A 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied after you request reactivation.
