How to Deposit Using CoinsPaid. 
- Click the Deposit button at the top of the page.
- Select the Cryptocurrency option.
- Choose your preferred cryptocurrency from the available options (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.).
- The system will generate a wallet address for your selected coin.
- Copy the wallet address and send the deposit from your external crypto wallet.
- Ensure you are using the correct blockchain network to avoid losing funds.
- Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the funds will appear in your MonkeyTilt account, usually within minutes.
- You can track your deposit using the Transaction Hash (TxID) in a blockchain explorer.
How to Deposit Using Cryptopay

- Click the Deposit button at the top of the page.
- Select Cryptopay as your payment method.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum deposit: $5 for all currencies).
- Cryptopay will display the exact amount you need to send, along with a wallet address.
- Send the required amount from your crypto wallet to the provided address.
- Wait for the transaction to be processed—processing times may vary.
- Once confirmed, the funds will appear in your MonkeyTilt account.
For Cryptopay, the minimum deposit is $5 for all currencies. Cryptopay will show you the exact amount you need to deposit directly in the cashier.
After clicking Make a Deposit, follow the instructions provided. Make sure you’re using the correct blockchain—sending to the wrong one could mean your funds are lost in cyberspace.

Deposit limits vary based on your location and the payment method you select. These limits are set to comply with regional regulations and ensure secure transactions.
Finding Your Transaction Hash (TxID)
Need to track your crypto deposit? Check your wallet’s transaction history, find the transfer to MonkeyTilt, and open it in a blockchain explorer. There, you’ll find the unique transaction hash (TxID), which is your receipt on the blockchain.
How Long Does It Take for My Deposit to Arrive?
Deposit speeds depend on the method:
- Cryptocurrency Deposits: Usually hit your MonkeyTilt wallet in minutes once confirmed on the blockchain.
- FIAT Deposits: Instant, though in rare cases, transfers can take longer depending on transaction volume and banks’ operating hours.

Making a Withdrawal
Ready to cash out? Simply click on your balance at the top of the page and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and provide any necessary account details based on the method you've selected.
Withdrawing with Cryptocurrency
To withdraw using cryptocurrency, click on your balance at the top of the page and select Withdraw. Choose the Cryptocurrency option, enter the amount, and select the coin you'd like to use. Make sure to enter your crypto address accurately before clicking Withdraw—using the wrong address could mean losing your funds in the digital ether.
Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawal limits are influenced by your location and the payment method you select.

If your withdrawal has been rejected, it could be for one of several reasons:
- Active Bonus: An active bonus can block withdrawals. Ensure all bonuses are fully wagered or used up, as they come with specific terms, including wagering requirements.
Withdrawal Time Frames
Most withdrawals are processed immediately, but delays may occur due to verification procedures or high demand. The processing time can also vary depending on the withdrawal amount and your selected payment method.
Tracking Your Withdrawal Status
You can easily view all your deposits and withdrawals on your MonkeyTilt page. Just click on the avatar icon in the top right corner, select Transactions from the dropdown menu, and access your transaction history. This page shows all previous deposits, withdrawals, and crypto transactions.
Special Withdrawal Conditions for VIP Members
VIP members enjoy exclusive perks, including special withdrawal conditions. These can be discussed directly with your dedicated Account Manager or VIP Host for personalized assistance.
Why Use the Same Method for Withdrawals as Deposits?
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we require you to withdraw funds using the same method you used for deposits. This practice helps us maintain security and adhere to legal requirements.
Can I Cancel or Modify a Withdrawal?
If your withdrawal hasn’t been processed yet, you can request our Customer Success team to cancel it for you.

Can I Change My Payment Method After Making a Deposit?
Unfortunately, once a deposit is made, you cannot change the payment method for that transaction. However, for future deposits, you can select a different payment option.
Are There Any Fees Associated with Deposits and Withdrawals?
While we strive to keep fees low, some payment methods may incur transaction fees imposed by the provider. Always check the payment details before proceeding to ensure you’re aware of any potential charges.
What Should I Do If My Deposit Is Delayed?
If your deposit hasn't appeared in your account after a reasonable time, first check your transaction history for any errors. If everything seems correct and it’s still delayed, contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
Finding your Transaction Hash ID
If your deposit hasn’t yet reflected in your balance and you’d like our Support Team to investigate, you’ll likely need to provide the Transaction Hash (TxID).
You can find this hash in the transaction history of the external wallet you used to send the funds. Just navigate to your transaction history, locate the transfer to MonkeyTilt, and open it in a crypto explorer. There, you’ll discover your transaction hash.
