1.1. The list of jurisdictions is not final and may be changed by the Company without any prior notice. Monkey Tilt shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages incurred by the Player as a result of misuse of his or her username and password by a third-party, or as a result of unauthorised access to the account, whether it was authorised by the player or the account was accessed without his knowledge

7.4. In case you have lost or forgotten your account details, you can recover the password by clicking on the button 'Forgot your password?', a link that is located in the login window.


8.1. If you want to participate in gambling on the Website, you need to place funds into your account.

8.2. You confirm and agree that the funds you place into your account were not received as a result of criminal and/or illegal, and/or unauthorised activities.

8.3. The company does not accept funds from third-parties, such as, in particular, friends, relatives, partners, and/or spouses. You shall place funds into your account only from the account/system and/or payment cards that are registered in your name. If during the securitycheck, we would discover a violation of this provision, all winnings will be confiscated and returned.

8.4. If a bank transfer for the return of funds to a legal owner is requested, the recipient shall cover all bank charges/commissions.

8.7. We may at any time set off any positive balance in your account against any amount that you must pay to the Company, including (without limitation) repeated bets or wagering.

8.8. You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account, and therefore no insurance, warranty, deposit, or other protection instruments provided by deposit insurance or bank insurance systems, or any similar insurance systems, apply to it. Interest is not charged on the funds placed into your account.

8.9. You may at any time file a request for withdrawal of funds from your account, provided that:

  1. 8.9.1. All payments transferred to your account have been reviewed for the absence of unacceptable actions, and no payment has been in any way cancelled;
  2. 8.9.2. Any verification actions mentioned in Paragraph 6 were properly carried out.

8.10. When making an application for funds withdrawal, the following provisions should be considered:

8. 10.2. funds shall be withdrawn by the same method that was previously used to deposit them into your account;
8. 10.3. A customer shall complete the verification process before the requested withdrawal will be processed. Normally, customer verification consists of, but is not limited to:

  1. a) Identity verification document - a copy or digital photo of customer’s identification document (the page with the photo), such as passport or ID card. Passport series and number must be fully visible on the image.
  2. b) Proof of Address document, and

  4. In case the plastic card was used for depositing, we will require the copies of the front and back sides of the card. The first six and the last four digits of the card number should be visible. 10.2. We may suspend, withdraw, or cancel any payments or winnings related to the bonus funds received from the Company if we suspect that you try to abuse them.

11.1. For example, the player shall not spread viruses and other malicious programs. Any mass mailing of information or 'spam' is strictly prohibited. 11.4. Monkey Tilt is in no way liable for any losses or damages that a player or a third-party may incur as a result of a malfunction of information technology tools, which are caused by attacks, viruses, or by other technologically harmful materials, when using the Website and/or downloading any materials available on the Website, and/or by accessing links available on the Website.


12.1. The player can send a request for termination of his or her account (in particular, delete the username and the password) at any time by contacting the support team. The request will usually be actioned within 48 hours.

12.2. Prior to receipt of the notification that the account was closed, the Player shall be responsible for any activities conducted in his account since it was opened.

12.3. Monkey Tilt may charge a commission or any outstanding amount that the player owesprior to closing the account. If the account is deleted, blocked on a permanent basis, or cancelled, the funds and other items contained in the account at the moment of termination, will not be returned or otherwise settled, unless otherwise expressly stated by Monkey Tilt administration.

12.4. If the account is cancelled, closed, or permanently blocked, the player may during two calendar weeks following such an event, appeal against such decision and/or file monetary or other claims against Monkey Tilt pursuant to Paragraph 10 of these rules.

12.5. The company may delete the player's account (in particular, delete the username and password) or block it immediately without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. 12.5.1. If your account is linked in any way to an account that was deleted.
  2. 12.5.2. If your account is linked to existing blocked accounts, we may close it, irrespective of the manner in which it was linked with them, and block user data on the specified accounts. Unless otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions, any remaining fund in your account will be returned to you within a certain period of time upon your request. Any money you owe to the Company will be deducted from the closing balance;
  3. 12.5.3. You are trying to hack the system or are involved in collusion;
  4. 12.5.4. You interfere or try to manipulate the software;
  5. 12.5.5. You use your Account for purposes the laws of your jurisdiction consider illegal (for example, you are trying to access the Website from a jurisdiction where gambling is not permitted);

12.8. Monkey Tilt reserves the right to limit the player’s access to a particular game, section or game provider at any time.


13.1. In order to maintain and update the Website, Monkey Tilt may, at its sole discretion and at any time, make changes and/or supplement any service offered on the Website.


14.1. In the event of any failure in the system and/or errors in the game (deviation from the normal functioning of the game logic caused by any reason), which results in a loss of funds in the account and/or non-receipt of any rewards, the administration of Monkey Tilt will individually on a case-by-case basis decide whether to compensate such amounts.

The backup system allows you to continue the game process from the moment of disconnection. 14.5. Monkey Tilt may limit or cancel any bet. 14.6. The player acknowledges that the random number generator determines the result of the games on the Website, and the Player accepts the results of all games.

14.7. In the event of any discrepancy between the game results on the player's device and the results on the Monkey Tilt server, the results on the server are deemed correct.

15.1. The player shall fully compensate Monkey Tilt for any claims, costs, or expenses, as well as any other expenditures that may arise as a result of player’s violation of these terms and conditions.
